We are a multidisciplinary and multicultural team committed to supporting children and families through collaborative, relationship-based, and family-centered care.

We know that many of our therapists are ESL speakers, newcomers, caregivers, and people of heart. You bring cultural knowledge, lived experience, and deep commitment to your role. This manual is written to support you — not to overwhelm you — and we are always open to making it clearer, kinder, and more helpful.

While you will find procedures and responsibilities here, we invite you to also read between the lines:
