Supports language, communication, and cultural expression

• Performs multilingual communication assessments

• Coaches families on naturalistic language stimulation

🤲 Occupational Therapist (OT)

Works on daily routines, sensory integration, and independence

• Observes daily routines in context

• Suggests sensory and motor adaptations

• Works hand-in-hand with FC and BC for holistic plans

• Maps out services and resources for each family

Maintains the invisible infrastructure for everything to flow

• Prepares and maintains all forms and protocols

• Tracks team schedules, case loads, and internal communication

• Supports onboarding with checklists and systems
